Profile of the Congregation:

Magalieskruin is a macro congregation in the Northern suburbs of Pretoria. We have a large, active Senior Youth ministry with about 500 teenagers. Our congregation follows a Biblically founded theology that is presented in a dynamic and modern way. The vision of the congregation is Love for God and a heart for People.

Work profile:

• To establish an English speaking ministry within the congregation.
• To take responsibility for the senior youth ministry under the leadership of the youth minister.

The following aspects are of importance to the Leadership:

• Qualification: Theology student or ordained person within the reformed tradition.
• He/she must be an English speaking person and needs to be able to communicate in Afrikaans.
• A devoted Christian with sincere belief in Jesus as the risen Lord, sound theological practice and the ability to work effectively within a team context.
• The ability to take initiative and establish a new ministry within the guidelines provided.

Position and Remuneration:

• The position is a one (1) year contract.
• You will be expected to work twenty (20) hours per week.
• Salary offered is R60 000 per annum.
