Regional Director Vacancy

Africa Inland Mission – AIM – is looking to appoint a dedicated, Gospel-mission-compelled person as the Regional Director of the South Africa Mobilizing, Support & Member Care team based in Cape Town.

The appointee, answerable to a South African Council, will assume the leadership of a team of dedicated people who aim to:

Ÿ mobilize new members for mission to Unreached People Groups in Africa;

Ÿ support and care for members through all stages of their life and ministry;

Ÿ Ÿ establish mechanisms to enable members to work effectively in vastly differing locations;

Ÿ Ÿ lead a team to administer many agreements, policies, treaties and financial arrangements;

Ÿ represent the goals and vision of AIM to everyone they work with and meet;

Ÿ plan and define strategies to harness new opportunities and help lead AIM into the future.
